Emmy nominee Meghann Fahy, breakout star of White Lotus and The Perfect Couple, stars as Violet, a widowed mother on her first date in years, who arrives at an upscale restaurant where she’s relieved that her date, Henry (It Ends with Us’ Brandon Sklenar), is more charming and handsome than she expected. But their chemistry begins to sour when Violet starts to feel irritated and then terrified by a series of anonymous messages on her phone. She’s ordered not to tell anyone and to follow instructions or the hooded figure she sees on her home security cameras will kill Violet’s infant son and her babysitter sister. Violet must do exactly as she’s told or everyone she loves will die. The final directive from her unseen tormentor? Kill Henry.
